崗位職責：
1.按照 CNC 編程工程師編制的加工程序及工藝文件，操作加工中心設備，完成模具的零件加工，包括裝夾工件、刀具安裝調試等。
Operate the machining center equipment in accordance with the processing programs and process documents prepared by the CNC programming engineer to complete the machining of mold parts, including workpiece clamping, tool installation and debugging, etc.
2.加工前仔細核對圖紙及程序要求，確認工件材質、尺寸、加工參數等信息，確保與生產要求一致；加工過程中實時監控設備運行狀態、切削情況及工件精度，及時發現并處理異常（如刀具磨損、異響、尺寸偏差等）。
Before processing, carefully check the drawings and program requirements, confirm information such as the workpiece material, dimensions, and processing parameters to ensure they are consistent with the production requirements. During the processing, monitor the operating status of the equipment, cutting conditions, and workpiece accuracy in real time, and promptly detect and handle abnormalities (such as tool wear, abnormal noises, dimensional deviations, etc.).
3.負責加工后工件的初步自檢，使用卡尺、千分尺、百分表等測量工具檢測關鍵尺寸及表面質量，記錄測量數據，確保符合圖紙精度要求，不合格品及時反饋給相關人員。
Be responsible for the preliminary self-inspection of the processed workpieces. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to detect key dimensions and surface quality, record the measurement data, ensure compliance with the accuracy requirements of the drawings, and promptly report non-conforming products to relevant personnel.
4.做好設備日常維護保養，包括清潔設備、檢查潤滑油量、緊固螺絲等，配合設備維修人員進行故障排查與維修，確保設備正常運行。
Do a good job in the daily maintenance of the equipment, including cleaning the equipment, checking the amount of lubricating oil, tightening screws, etc. Cooperate with equipment maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and repair faults to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
5.與編程工程師、模具設計人員、質檢人員等保持溝通，反饋加工過程中出現的技術問題或工藝優化建議，協助提升生產效率和加工質量。
Maintain communication with programming engineers, mold designers, quality inspectors, etc., report technical issues or process optimization suggestions that arise during the processing, and assist in improving production efficiency and processing quality.
6.嚴格遵守車間安全操作規程，正確佩戴勞保用品，確保人身及設備安全，保持工作區域整潔有序。
Strictly abide by the workshop safety operation procedures, correctly wear labor protection supplies, ensure personal and equipment safety, and keep the work area clean and orderly.
7.積極做好”5S”,切實執行完全責任制； 
Actively do a good job in "5S" and earnestly implement the full responsibility system.

崗位要求：
1.Junior high school or above
 初中或初中以上學歷
2.5 years or above work Experience
5年或5年以上工作經驗
3.具備 5年以上 CNC 設備操作經驗，有手機保護套塑膠模具或消費性電子產品模具加工經驗者優先；熟悉此類模具的結構特點及精密加工要求（如薄壁件、復雜曲面加工）
With more than 5 years of experience in operating CNC equipment. Those with experience in processing plastic molds for mobile phone cases or molds for consumer electronics products will be given priority. Familiar with the structural characteristics of such molds and the 
requirements for precision machining (such as the machining of thin-walled parts and complex curved surfaces).
4.能熟練操作加工中心、高速銑等 CNC 設備（如 Fanuc、Siemens 系統），掌握工件裝夾、刀具更換、參數調整等操作技能。
Be able to proficiently operate CNC equipment such as machining centers and high-speed milling machines (such as Fanuc and Siemens systems), and master operational skills such as workpiece clamping, tool changing, and parameter adjustment.
5.會使用卡尺、千分尺、百分表、2.5D測量儀等常規測量工具，具備基本的識圖能力，能看懂零件圖紙及工藝文件。
Be able to use conventional measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and 2.5D measuring instruments. Have basic drawing - reading skills and be able to understand part drawings and process documents.
6.了解塑膠模具常用鋼材的加工特性，熟悉刀具類型及切削參數對加工質量的影響。67
Understand the processing characteristics of commonly used steel materials for plastic molds, and be familiar with the influence of tool types and cutting parameters on processing quality.
7.會磨刀，能及時發現刀具磨損并更換。
Can sharpen knives, and can promptly detect the wear of knives and replace them.
