職位描述：

Responsibilities：
1. Review document and analyze HDR low pressure molding processes to standardize globally, evaluate scrap and help make improvements as needed.
2. Participate with the mold qualification process, assisting during the basic function tests and leading the debug and qualification pieces for the Mold Tooling group.  This includes mold changeover, training others, etc to help accelerate TTM for new & duplicate tooling；
3. Help document and provide suggestions for design modifications needed for existing tooling; QP’s, improvements, etc；
4. Lead capacity ramps, transfers and duplicate mold tool projects；
5. Documentation related to tooling, shipping, asset management, etc；
6. Support LPM Engineer in any other activities and R&D projects.

Required Experience：
1.College degree diploma or above，Major in Engineering;
2. 2+ years technical experience in plastics molding (injection, extrusion, etc) or tool making，working knowledge of scientific injection molding principles and steel machining techniques；
3.Must possess good communication skills in English – written and verbal;
4.Proficient is MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)；
5.Willing to travel internationally.
