崗位職責(zé) Responsibilities：
一、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力 Leadership:
1.管理公司的安保團(tuán)隊(duì)。包括但不限于人員配置、培訓(xùn)、日程安排、發(fā)展和績(jī)效管理。
1.Manage the security team at our MCA location. This includes but is not limited to staffing, training, scheduling, development, and performance management.
2.評(píng)估保安人員的績(jī)效，并衡量關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)。
2.Reviews the performance of security guard and measure key performance indicators (KPI).
3.負(fù)責(zé)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)，并為安保員工提供日常指導(dǎo)。
3.Responsible for day-to-day operations and providing day-to-day direction to security employees.
二、物理安全 Physical Security :
1.為所有安保崗位和流程制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序（SOP）
1.Develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for all security post and processes.
2.為公司特殊活動(dòng)提供安全計(jì)劃，以控制出入和保護(hù)員工。
2.Provides security plans for company special events to control access and protect employees.
3.管理安全系統(tǒng)，包括門(mén)禁系統(tǒng)、報(bào)警系統(tǒng)、閉路電視和訪客管理系統(tǒng)。監(jiān)督安全設(shè)備的安裝和維護(hù)。確保所有安全系統(tǒng)符合美泰的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3.Management security system including access control systems, alarm systems, CCTV and visitor management system. Overseeing the installation and maintenance of security equipment. Ensuring all security systems comply with Mattel’s standard.
三、安全策略和合規(guī)性 Security Policy and Compliance :
1.實(shí)施并確保遵守美泰全球安全政策、程序和***實(shí)踐。
1.Implement and ensure compliance with Mattel Global Security policies, procedures, & best practices.
2.確保安全部門(mén)遵守SCAN、GSV、C-TPAT、TAPA、IETP和ISO的安全要求。2.Ensure security department complies with security requirements under SCAN, GSV, C-TPAT, TAPA, IETP, and ISO.
四、事故管理 Incident Management :
1.專(zhuān)業(yè)、迅速地應(yīng)對(duì)事件和緊急情況。
1.Responding to incidents and emergencies professionally and promptly.
2.報(bào)告、記錄、調(diào)查和審查事件，以確定與安全有關(guān)的問(wèn)題，并制定和實(shí)施降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的戰(zhàn)略。
2.Report, record, investigate and review incidents to identify security related issues and develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
五、產(chǎn)品安全 PRODUCT SECURITY:
1.在設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)、制造和分銷(xiāo)過(guò)程中，為高度敏感、高價(jià)值的產(chǎn)品、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、商業(yè)秘密和其他特殊項(xiàng)目制定、實(shí)施和審計(jì)有效的安全、生產(chǎn)和物流控制。1.Develop, implement and audit effective security, production and logistic controls for highly sensitive, high-value products, IP, trade secrets, and other special projects in design, development, manufacturing and distribution processes.
2.糾正并溝通不足之處。
2.Correct and communicate deficiencies.
六、培訓(xùn)和意識(shí) TRAINING & AWARENESS:
1.制定和管理設(shè)施范圍內(nèi)的培訓(xùn)和意識(shí)計(jì)劃，包括：一般安全問(wèn)題、C-TPAT合規(guī)性、損失預(yù)防、產(chǎn)品安全和危機(jī)管理。
1.Develop and administer facility wide training and awareness programs covering: General Security issues, C-TPAT compliance, loss prevention, product security, and crisis management.
七、安全審計(jì) SECURITY AUDIT:
1.定期進(jìn)行安全監(jiān)控、審計(jì)和評(píng)估，并報(bào)告物理和產(chǎn)品安全計(jì)劃，包括對(duì)安全實(shí)踐的日常評(píng)估和評(píng)價(jià)。找出差距并糾正不足。跟蹤糾正措施的進(jìn)展。
1.Perform periodic security monitoring, audit and assessment, and report on the physical and product security programs including daily assessment and evaluation of security practices. Identify gaps and correct deficiencies. Track progress on corrective actions.
八、安全職責(zé) DUTY OF CARE :
1.采取一切合理可能的措施，確保所有員工的健康和安全。
1.Take all steps that are reasonably possible to ensure all employees’ health, safety.
崗位要求 Requirements：
1.本科或以上學(xué)歷，并有參加過(guò)相關(guān)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)。
1.Educational requirements: BA/BS (4-Year relevant College/University Degree) with appropriate vocational training.
2.普通話和粵語(yǔ)流利，英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言。
2.Native or fluent spoken and written Mandarin with good English as a second language.
3.工作誠(chéng)信，有職業(yè)道德。
3.Impeccable integrity.
4.在企業(yè)安全和調(diào)查管理職能方面有8年的漸進(jìn)式工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括在跨國(guó)公司工作3-5年。
4.Eight years' progressive work experience in corporate/private sector in security and investigations management function, including 3-5 years’ experience within a multi-national manufacturing company.
5.了解供應(yīng)鏈安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（C-TPAT、TAPA）。
5.Knowledge of supply chain security standards (C-TPAT, TAPA).
6.對(duì)安全操作、安全程序和電子安全系統(tǒng)有扎實(shí)的理解。
6.Solid understanding of security operations, security procedures, and electronic security systems.
7.優(yōu)秀的溝通和人際交往能力，敬業(yè)、可靠、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，批判性思維能力和解決問(wèn)題的能力。
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Committed, reliable and teamwork . Critical-thinking skills & problem-solving ability.
8.熟悉微軟辦公軟件, 有安全經(jīng)理或類(lèi)似職位的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
8.Working knowledge of MS Office .Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
9.持有中級(jí)消防操作證者優(yōu)先。
9.Possession of Intermediate Fire Fighting Operation Certificate (中級(jí)消防操作證) is advantage.
