崗位職責:
1. Lead the design and 3D modelling of components and assemblies, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, sustainability and compliance with customer and internal requirements.
負責部件和組件的設計和三維建模,確保其功能、可制造性、可持續性和符合客戶及內部要求。
2.Create technical drawings with appropriate dimensioning and GD&T, aligned with application and production needs, and ensure the inclusion of necessary information regarding warranty limitations and liability to support legal and contractual clarity.
制作技術圖紙,其尺寸和GD&T符合應用和生產需要,并確保包含有關保修限制和責任的必要信息,以支持法律和合同的清晰性。
3.Initiate finite element analyses (FEA) in collaboration with the simulation department and interpret results to optimize product performance and validate design concepts, including mold flow and demolding studies when necessary.
與模擬部門合作開展有限元分析(FEA),并解釋結果以優化產品性能和驗證設計概念,必要時包括模塑流動和脫模研究。
4.Collaborate in co-engineering activities with customer technical teams, aligning product designs with functional requirements, manufacturability, and cost targets.
與客戶技術團隊協作進行聯合工程設計活動,使產品設計符合功能要求、可制造性和成本目標。
5. Initiate material selection, development, and testing in accordance with customer specifications, in collaboration with material development, and ensure functional testing is carried out under the duty of the customer using prototypes.
與材料開發部門合作,根據客戶規格啟動材料選擇、開發和測試,并確保在客戶職責范圍內使用原型進行功能測試。
6.Prepare and present technical documentation and reports for both internal stakeholders and customers, supporting communication and decision-making throughout the development process.為內部利益相關者和客戶準備并提交技術文檔和報告,支持整個開發過程中的溝通和決策。
7. Drive continuous improvement activities by incorporating feedback from prototyping, testing, and production to enhance product performance and reduce waste or cost.通過整合原型設計、測試和生產過程中的反饋,推動持續改進活動,從而提高產品性能并減少浪費或成本。
8.Stay current with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies to ensure innovative and competitive product solutions that meet evolving market needs, while additionally protecting the intellectual property of designs by filing patents.保持對行業趨勢、材料和制造技術的最新了解,以確保創新和有競爭力的產品解決方案滿足不斷變化的市場需求,同時通過申請專利來保護設計的知識產權。
任職資格:
1. 2+years experience in 3D modelling and drafting, CAD, Microsoft Office, knowledge of FEA for design optimization.
2+年三維建模和制圖、CAD、Microsoft Office經驗,掌握有限元分析(FEA)用于設計優化。
2.Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical or polymer engineering.
機械或聚合物工程學士或碩士學位。
3.Rubber industry experience preferred, understanding of raw materials, tooling, and molding processes.
有橡膠行業經驗者優先,了解原材料、模具和成型工藝。
