工作職責：
1.負責模具的制造，試模及解決模具實際的質量問題；
Be responsible for the manufacture and trial of molds, and solve the actual quality problems of molds.
2.按工藝圖紙加工模具的零部件（鉆、銑、磨，放電）；
Process the components of the mold according to the process drawings (drilling, milling, grinding, EDM).
3.按照裝配圖紙裝配模具，使其達工藝要求；
Assemble the mold according to the assembly drawing to meet the technological requirements.
4.負責自己加工模具的進度跟蹤；
Be responsible for tracking the progress of the molds processed by oneself.
5.負責模具維修及模具改進工作；
Be responsible for mold repair and mold improvement work.
6.及時反饋模具制作中的異常狀況，便于及時改善；
Timely feedback on abnormal situations in mold manufacturing to facilitate timely improvement.
7.負責解決塑膠模具在生產過程中的實際質量問題及提高生產效率；
Responsible for solving the actual quality problems of plastic molds during the production process and improving production efficiency.
8.負責鉗工組設備的日常保養與故障處理
Be responsible for the daily maintenance and fault handling of the equipment in the fitter group
9.積極做好”5S”,切實執行完全責任制；
Actively do a good job in "5S" and earnestly implement the full responsibility system.
10. Other work arranged by superiors.

崗位要求：
1.High school or above
高中或高中以上學歷
2.8 years or above
8年或8年以上工作經驗
3.8年以上制模師傅工作經驗；有出口模經驗，有機殼模經驗，手機保護套產品經驗，能獨立完成整套模具組裝
More than 8 years of working experience as a mold - making master; Experience in export molds, case molds, and mobile phone protective cover products, and capable of independently completing the assembly of a complete set of molds.
4.會看3Ｄ，能看懂修模資料按資料修模
Be able to view 3D models, understand mold repair materials, and repair molds according to the materials.
5.熟悉模具結構及注塑工藝；
Familiar with the mold structure and injection molding process;
6.熟悉模具加工工藝和加工品質控制；
Be familiar with mold processing technology and processing quality control;
7.能熟練操作銑床，磨床，火花機
Be able to operate milling machines, grinding machines, and EDM machines proficiently.
