Responsibilities
1.Assist department head of overall logistics strategy, operation and cost management to achieve the business target
1.協(xié)助部門負(fù)責(zé)人制定整體物流戰(zhàn)略、運(yùn)營(yíng)及成本管理方案，助力達(dá)成業(yè)務(wù)目；
2. Provide supervision and direction to the team and eliminate and solve operation issue and problems.
2.對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行監(jiān)督與指導(dǎo)，消除并解決運(yùn)營(yíng)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題與難題；
3.Implement and streamline logistics and operation procedures.
3.實(shí)施并優(yōu)化物流與運(yùn)營(yíng)流程；
4.To lead, manage and coordinate day to day logistics operation with vendors, forwarders, truckers, internal and external customers.
4.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、管理與協(xié)調(diào)與供應(yīng)商、貨代、卡車運(yùn)輸商、內(nèi)部及外部客戶之間的日常物流運(yùn)營(yíng)工作。
Requirements
1.University graduates with major in business, trading, import & export or related disciplines.
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，國(guó)際貿(mào)易、物流、進(jìn)出口或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.8 years or above in logistics, shipping, import & export business with at least 3 years in management level.
2.8年或以上物流、航運(yùn)、進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Able to handle L/C documents, arrange shipment, experience in shopping field.
3.熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)物流運(yùn)輸及國(guó)際航運(yùn)管理相關(guān)知識(shí)，熟悉進(jìn)出口作業(yè)流程，同時(shí)了解進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易流程、國(guó)際貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)、關(guān)務(wù)合規(guī)等；具有較強(qiáng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控及成本控制意識(shí)。
4.Fluent in spoken and written English. Cantonese speaking is a plus.
4.具有良好的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力，會(huì)粵語(yǔ)更佳。
5.Good team-player and able to work under pressure.
5.具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神及抗壓能力。
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6.具有良好的溝通及表達(dá)能力。
