Overview:
Responsible for successful delivery of HRIS Project and systems in the Region. Monitor the HR workflow and process management and provide perspective to HRIS systems to enable the integration of technology solutions.
As regional leader for the wellness program to ensure to achieve long term investment return.
Responsibilities:
1.Work with HRD team globally and regionally, align the pace of HRD cyclical plans (PDR cycle, Merit & Incentive cycle, payroll cycle), provide proactive support and training to HRIS end users in AP.
2.Perform HRIS super user functions, such as audits, issues resolution, testing and consultation. Be the sustainment leader and central contact point to support HRIS initiatives and ensure the ongoing on time communication among HRIS stakeholder. In additional to conduct necessary HRIS audits to ensure data quality and integrity and take corrective action as required
3.Coordinate with HR end users, internal IT colleagues and external vendors in the system development & enhancement. Participate in testing for system upgrade and new functionality roll-out for HRIS project/initiative.
4.Provide the consultant for the local HRD team for the HR workflow and process management. Understand business need, solicit requests, conduct process mapping, recommend and deliver solutions. Proactively perform the audit and advise to take necessary corrective action.
5.Responsible for the alignment and administration of Compensation & Benefit Program administration, policies and programs including: job matching, market pricing, job title creation, salary surveys, salary structure, employee benefit program to support the Total Reward Program
6.Leading the Wellness Program among the region to achieve long term investment return and ensure the positive & standardized communication message across the region
7.Produce HR reporting to Management per required.
Requirements:
1. BA in HR
2.3+yrs in a technical expert role managing compensation and benefits
3. Familiar with HRIS, Cityray, Success Factor
4. Fluent English and Mandarin
