崗位職責:
1.Be responsible for the development and management of clients, including deeply understanding client needs, identifying potential sales opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
負責公司客戶的開發與管理,深入了解客戶需求,挖掘潛在銷售機會,確保銷售目標的達成。
2.Participate in the pursuit of sales projects, including involvement in project analysis, proposal design, and other project-related matters.
參與銷售項目的爭取,包括參與項目分析、提案設計等與項目相關的事項。
3.Proficient in Takstar's products and services and able to offer customized solutions based on our clients' needs to drive sales growth.
熟悉公司產品或服務,能夠根據客戶需求提供針對性的解決方案,推動產品銷售。
4.Maintain existing client relationships, regularly gather client feedback, promptly address client complaints, and continuously optimize the client experience.
維護現有客戶關系,定期收集客戶反饋,及時處理客戶投訴,持續優化客戶體驗。
Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference given to candidates with overseas study background.
本科及以上學歷,具有海外留學背景者優先。
2.Rich experience in the electro-acoustic or related industry, with preference given to candidates who have experience working with U.S. clients.

3.Strong skills in business development, sales, and client management.

4.Proven abilities in strategic planning and relationship building.
