組織實施公司的生產(chǎn)計劃，保質(zhì)保量的完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)
3.Responsible for the establishment of factory production and operation system, quality assurance system, cost control system, safety production system, assessment system and workshop procedures
負(fù)責(zé)組織建立工廠生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營體系、質(zhì)保體系、成本控制體系、安全生產(chǎn)體系、考核體系及車間各項制度流程
4. Holding management skill training for team leader regularly(management skill\communication\pressure management,etc
定期對一線管理團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行管理技能提升培訓(xùn)（管理方法、溝通技巧、壓力管理等）
5. Develop new employee training and evaluation system, and lead the new employee training and evaluation.
制定新員工培訓(xùn)評估體系，主導(dǎo)新員工的培訓(xùn)和評估工作
6. Work closely with related departments to develop new products, innovate technology and process
與相關(guān)部門緊密合作開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品，革新技術(shù)和工藝流程 
7. Organize factory production, control production schedule, ensure balanced production and completion of production tasks
組織工廠生產(chǎn)，掌握生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，保證均衡生產(chǎn)和生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的完成
8. Strict implementation of safe and civilized production management, strict labor discipline, process norms and operating procedures, according to the drawing, according to the process, according to the standard of careful operation
嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全、文明生產(chǎn)管理，嚴(yán)格勞動紀(jì)律、工藝規(guī)范和操作規(guī)程，按圖樣，按工藝、按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)真操作
9. Participate in production construction middle line planning and action plan and implementation to improve production efficiency and product quality
參與生產(chǎn)建設(shè)中產(chǎn)線規(guī)劃和提高生產(chǎn)效率及改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的行動計劃與實施
10. Organize the improvement and implementation of production related process, and be responsible for the daily management of production department
組織生產(chǎn)相關(guān)流程的完善與落實，全面負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)部門的日常管理工作
11. Respond to production abnormity in time, find problems and follow up, and make reasonable suggestions
及時對生產(chǎn)異常做出反應(yīng)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時追蹤，并提出合理建議

Position Qualification
任職資格要求
1. At least 10 years working experience, more than 10 years working experience in the same scale factory（3000-5000 DL）, leather goods manufacturing industry is preferred .                                                                                                             
至少10年的工作經(jīng)驗，其中10年以上同等規(guī)模工廠工作經(jīng)驗（3-5千人），皮件制造行業(yè)優(yōu)先  
2. Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and people management skills.
優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧、解決問題能力和人員管理能力   
3. Have the ability of organization and personnel management, can deploy personnel, assess the performance of staff, reasonable arrangement of staff work
具有組織和人事管理能力，能調(diào)配人員、考核評估員工工作表現(xiàn)，合理安排員工的工作
4. General financial knowledge and ability to budget and control personnel and equipment management
具有一般財務(wù)知識，具有進(jìn)行人事和設(shè)備管理預(yù)算、費用控制能力
