Job Summary(職位概要):
We are seeking for a position to join a team of Project Engineer；This position needs to coordinate with internal teams and customers to complete the project within the agreed timeline and budget. and act as team leader role to drive the project advance and guarantee the equipment run smoothly in terms of TCQ at the customer site. Provide communication & coordination support to internal team, customers site equipment debugging and qualification; To enable quickly respond and problem solving for the customer site equipment problem on the overseas market.

Responsibilities(職責)：
1.Communicate with customers directly to understand their requirements and projects details；
與客戶直接溝通，了解他們的需求及項目細節；
2.Communicate with various departments in the company to complete the translation or writing of requirement specifications and project quotations;
與公司內各部門溝通，完成設備需求規格書的翻譯、編寫和項目報價；
3.Manage the changes throughout the project cycle;
管理整個項目周期的變更；
4.Create new projects within project timeline;
在項目時間內創建新項目；
5.Identify project risks from the customer enquiry stage and manage all deliverables until project launch;
從客戶咨詢階段識別項目風險，管理所有可交付成果直至項目啟動；
6.Work closely with Engineering team for developing cost-effective solutions;
與工程團隊緊密合作，開發具有成本效益的解決方案；
7.Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet Project Management targets ;
與跨職能團隊緊密合作，達成項目管理目標；
8.Participate all meetings and handle necessary documentations during entire project Period;

9.Monitor and track project progress, promptly identifying and addressing issues and risks
that may impact project advancement;

10.Good character, integrity, obey the company leadership arrangement.

Qualification(任職資格)
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Understanding of cable assembly process is preferred;
本科或以上學歷，電氣工程、機械工程或相關領域，有線束裝配設備經驗者優先考慮；
2.At least 3 years of project management experience, with the ability to develop and execute project plans, optimize resource utilization, and ensure on-time project completion;
至少 3 年以上項目管理經驗，能夠制定并執行項目計劃，優化資源利用，確保項目按時
完成；
3.Fluent in spoken and written English;
流利的英語口語和書面溝通能力；
4.Effective time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting
urgent demands;
能夠有效管理時間，處理多任務并滿足緊急需求；
5.Proficiency in using project management tools and office software;
熟練使用項目管理工具和辦公軟件；
6.Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail, focused on achieving project success
and high-quality deliverables;
具備高度的自我驅動力，注重細節，追求項目的成功和高質量交付；
7.Can accept the oversea travel request.
能接受海外出差的需求。
