Key Job Description：
1.Responsible for the inspection, testing, evaluation, and acceptance of mechanical, electrical, and machining accuracy of used (or new) equipment such as CNC, EDM, and milling machines. Responsible for all injection equipment maintenance plan and execution.
負責CNC、EDM、銑床等模具二手設備（或新設備）的機械、電控、加工精度等的檢查檢測、評估和驗收工作。負責注塑設備的保養計劃和實施。
2.Responsible for developing the SOP for testing used equipment in mold Room.
負責制定模房二手設備的檢測SOP。
3.Responsible for coordinating the installation and debugging of equipment to ensure its normal operation.
負責協調設備的安裝和調試，確保設備的正常運行。
4.Responsible for developing equipment maintenance plans and carrying out equipment maintenance work, including equipment maintenance, repair, and developing repair plans for complex equipment failures or system problems.
負責制定設備的維護計劃，并進行設備維護工作，包括設備的保養、維修和針對設備的復雜故障或系統問題，能制定修復方案。
5.Participate in process improvement, collaborate with mold and production departments to carry out equipment renovation or updates, improve equipment performance, and enhance efficiency.
參與工藝改進，協同模具、生產部進行設備的改造或更新，改進設備性能，提高效率。
6.Collect and sort equipment operation data, analyze equipment operation status, and develop equipment maintenance and update plans.
收集和整理設備運行數據，分析設備運行情況，制定設備維護和更新計劃.
7. Other work arranged by superiors.
上級安排的其它工作。
任職資格 Talent qualifications：
1. Graduated from a mechanical related major, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
機械相關專業畢業，本科且學士學位優先。
2. Familiar with CNC mechanical structure, CNC system and inspection tool operation, proficient in GD&T (geometric dimensions and tolerances) analysis.
熟悉CNC機械結構、數控系統及檢測工具操作，掌握GD&T(幾何尺寸與公差)分析。
3. Familiar with the performance and machining capabilities of CNC, EDM, and other equipment, as well as accuracy testing. Familiar with using tools such as CMM and laser interferometers to test the geometric accuracy and repeatability of equipment.
熟悉CNC、EDM等設備性能和加工能力、精度檢測，熟悉使用三坐標測量機、激光干涉儀等工具檢測設備的幾何精度和重復定位精度。
4. More than 5 years of experience in CNC equipment maintenance or testing, with a background in used equipment trading preferred.
5年以上CNC設備維修或檢測經驗，具備二手設備交易背景者優先。 
5.English proficiency in reading and writing emails, with proficiency in spoken English preferred.
英語能讀寫郵件，口語熟練者優先。
