崗位職責(zé)：
1.依據(jù)模具的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，獨(dú)立完成 CNC 加工程序的編制，確保程序的準(zhǔn)確性和合理性，滿足產(chǎn)品加工精度要求。
Independently prepare the CNC machining program according to the design drawings of the mold, ensure the accuracy and rationality of the program, and meet the processing accuracy requirements of the product.
2.結(jié)合模具結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和加工工藝要求，合理選擇刀具、確定切削參數(shù)及加工路徑，制定高效的加工方案，保障加工過(guò)程的順暢性。67
Combined with the characteristics of the mold structure and the requirements of the processing technology, reasonably select the cutting tools, determine the cutting parameters and processing paths, formulate an efficient processing plan, and ensure the smoothness of the processing process.
3.參與生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的技術(shù)支持，及時(shí)處理加工過(guò)程中因程序問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致的各類異常情況，協(xié)助解決加工工藝難題，確保生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度。
Participate in the technical support during the production process, promptly handle various abnormal situations caused by program problems during the processing, assist in solving processing technology problems, and ensure the production progress.
4.對(duì)已編制的加工程序進(jìn)行持續(xù)優(yōu)化，通過(guò)改進(jìn)加工路徑、調(diào)整參數(shù)等方式，提高加工效率、降低生產(chǎn)成本，同時(shí)提升加工質(zhì)量。67
Continuously optimize the prepared machining program. Improve machining efficiency, reduce production costs, and enhance machining quality by means of improving the machining path, adjusting parameters, etc.
5.與模具設(shè)計(jì)、車間加工等相關(guān)部門保持密切溝通協(xié)作，反饋編程過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的設(shè)計(jì)或工藝問(wèn)題，共同推進(jìn)模具生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量提升。
Maintain close communication and collaboration with relevant departments such as mold design and workshop processing, report design or process issues identified during the programming process, and jointly promote the progress of mold production and the improvement of quality.
6.負(fù)責(zé)編程相關(guān)技術(shù)資料的整理、歸檔，包括程序文件、工藝參數(shù)、刀具選擇記錄等，確保技術(shù)資料的完整性和可追溯性。
Be responsible for the organization and archiving of programming - related technical materials, including program files, process parameters, tool selection records, etc., to ensure the integrity and traceability of technical materials.
7.積極做好”5S”,切實(shí)執(zhí)行完全責(zé)任制； 
Actively do a good job in "5S" and earnestly implement the full responsibility system.

3.熟練掌握 UG、Mastercam 等主流 CNC 編程軟件，能獨(dú)立完成復(fù)雜模具的 3D 編程工作。會(huì)使用北京精雕編程軟件優(yōu)先
Proficient in mainstream CNC programming software such as UG and Mastercam, and able to independently complete 3D programming work for complex molds. Those who can use Beijing Jingdiao programming software will be given priority.
4.熟悉各類 CNC 加工設(shè)備（如加工中心、高速銑等）的性能特點(diǎn)及操作規(guī)范。67

5.精通模具加工工藝，對(duì)刀具特性、切削參數(shù)選擇有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能根據(jù)不同材質(zhì)和加工要求制定最優(yōu)工藝方案。
Proficient in mold processing technology, with rich experience in tool characteristics and selection of cutting parameters. Able to develop the optimal process plan according to different materials and processing requirements.
6.有1年以上的CNC操機(jī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
