The “Plant Engineering Division” of HERA operates as a Turn Key Contractor for the construction of the waste to energy plants and electrical and thermal power production plants, starting with the feasibility study, developing the basic design and the environmental impact studies, then proceeding with the front end engineering, the procurement of systems, components, and material for the plant, the construction on site, the start up, the trial run and the final testing.
