Job Description
As Purchaser, you are responsible for developing and maintaining your own suppliers for business development. You will work closely with planning and customer service teams in supply chain department, Sales, QC, production department and forwarders to ensure all materials deliver on time in low cost and good quantity.

Responsibilities
Build a strong network of reliable suppliers and assist in the authorization process of suppliers in close cooperation with the Purchasing Manager on the raw materials, semi-finished products, consumable, appointed material and outsourced processes;
與采購經理密切合作，就原材料、半成品、易耗品、指定物料和外包過程中的采購建立可靠的供應商的強大網絡，并協助供應商的授權流程。
Handle and proactively follow up on purchased materials for the production and stock. Asist to manage the dead stock management.

Optimize an annual purchasing volume, price and payment terms. Handle and proactively follow up on supplier agreements
優化年度采購量、價格和付款條件。處理并積極跟進供應商協議。
Maintain purchasing data in SAP system: check demand, place PO, confirm delivery date and so on;
在SAP系統中維護采購數據：檢查需求，下發訂單，確認交貨日期等;
Maintain capacity overview for suppliers and formulate a delivery schedule. Manage NCR with vendors;
維護供應商的產能概況并制定交貨計劃。與供應商一起管理NCR;
Arrange logistic globally and customs clearance to make sure material delivers on time;
安排全球物流及清關工作，確保物料準時交付;
Asist RFQ process for new projects.
協助新項目的報價流程。
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor or above degree.
本科或以上學歷。
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience from a purchasing department in a manufacturing company. Hardware industry experience is preferred.
至少2年在生產公司采購部門的實際工作經驗; 五金行業經驗優先。
Understand technical drawings and specification sheets;
對技術圖紙和規格表有基本的理解能力;
Good communication and negotiation skills; fluent English – both in writing and speaking;
良好的溝通和談判技巧，流利的英語讀寫能力;
Good IT skill. SAP experience is preferred;
良好的IT技能。有SAP經驗者優先;
Experience on importing material and basic knowledge on logistic and customs clearance.
有進口材料的經驗，有物流和清關的基本知識。
OTD result-oriented. Good quality awareness and team spirit;
