職責內容/Responsibilities:
1.依據招聘計劃完成招聘需求,負責招聘渠道的有效維護;
According to the recruiting plan to fulfill vacancies in time, and maintain the recruitment channel well.
2.負責新進人員簡歷篩選、入職甄選、試用期跟進;
To screen resume, and evaluate candidates, track probation process.
3.關注員工的穩定性,維護良好的溝通渠道,了解員工心聲,促進員工融入公司環境;
Focus on the employee retain, maintain good communication with employee, understand their needs and support them to adapt the role smoothly.
4.關注員工流失率,執行員工離職訪談及離職原因分析;
Focus on employee turnover rate, to interview the resigned employees and analyze reasons.
5.及時準確的更新和維護周/月/季人力報表數據;
Maintain and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly/ annual manpower related report data accurately and in time.
6. 組織實施日常培訓工作,包括前期準備、過程控制及效果評估,包含入職培訓和上崗培訓及外派培訓;
Organize and implement daily training work, including preparation, training tracking and effect evaluation, including ORT training and on-the-job training and expatriate training.
7. 參與講師隊伍建設,持續完善講師管理制度體系,組織內訓師活動,并管理內訓師的課酬;
Support to build internal trainer team and optimize the internal trainer management policy continuously, organize activities to motivate the internal trainer team.
8.處理上級臨時交辦事項。

任職資格要求/ Job Requirement:
1.大專以上學歷,人力資源管理/行政管理/心理學等相關專業;
College degree or above, Human resources management/Administrative Management/psychology and other related majors
2.具有五年以上招聘&培訓工作經驗;
Have more than two years recruiting&training experience
3.善于溝通協調,有一定的組織能力;
Be good at communication and coordination, have organizational capability
4.性格開朗,抗壓力強,有較好的開拓性,較強的團隊意識;
Outgoing, can work under pressure, initiative, strong sense of teamwork
5.品行端正,形象穩重,有一定的談判能力。
integrity, right-minded, negotiation capability
