Coordinate the Material and Surface technology projects between the T&I group in Europe and in Asia. 9. Support of Datwyler research and development activities worldwide 10. Initiate and supervise collaboration with universities and research institutes 11. Document your work in project reports, protect your inventions by patents, and pub-lish your research results in specialist publications, or in the form of presentations at conferences 

Qualification: 
1.Maste degree, More than 5 years working experience in rubber, especially “thermoset rubber” 2.Specific knowledge in one or more of following fields: elastomers, thermoplastics, nanomaterials, or surface chemistry 3.Constructive, team-player, open-minded, innovative, problem-solver, committed, communicative and well structured, with the ability to work independently 4.Good written, reading or oral English ability. 5.Willingness to work in Dongguan area 6.Flexible to business travel

1. Lead the design and 3D modelling of components and assemblies, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, sustainability and compliance with customer and internal requirements.

3.Initiate finite element analyses (FEA) in collaboration with the simulation department and interpret results to optimize product performance and validate design concepts, including mold flow and demolding studies when necessary.

4.Collaborate in co-engineering activities with customer technical teams, aligning product designs with functional requirements, manufacturability, and cost targets.

5. Initiate material selection, development, and testing in accordance with customer specifications, in collaboration with material development, and ensure functional testing is carried out under the duty of the customer using prototypes.

任職資格：
1. 2+years experience in 3D modelling and drafting, CAD, Microsoft Office, knowledge of FEA for design optimization.

2.Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical or polymer engineering.
機械或聚合物工程學士或碩士學位。

3.Rubber industry experience preferred, understanding of raw materials, tooling, and molding processes.
