工作職責 
1.原理圖設計與PCB布局:
o根據客戶需求設計及修改電路原理圖。
o會使用?Altium Designer/KiCad/Eagle?進行PCB設計，符合可制造性（DFM/DFA）要求。
2.元器件選型與替代:
o根據成本、供貨和性能選擇合適的電子元器件。
o為停產器件尋找替代方案。
3.PCBA測試與驗證:
o使用?萬用表、示波器、邏輯分析儀?進行功能測試。
o對電路板進行調試和故障分析。
4.文檔編寫與報告:
o整理BOM（物料清單）、測試報告及設計文檔。
5.與生產團隊協作:
o協助解決生產中的PCB相關問題。
任職要求 :
?本科及以上學歷，電子/電氣工程相關專業。
?語言要求：英語會讀寫即可
?熟悉?PCB設計軟件（Altium、KiCad、Eagle等）。
?了解電子元器件及行業供應商（ICKEY, 立創商城、DigiKey等）。
?具備焊接、測試、調試的實際操作經驗。
?了解?I2C、SPI、UART?等通信協議。
?良好的問題解決能力及團隊合作精神。
?歡迎有項目經驗的應屆畢業生。
優先考慮條件 :
?了解?IPC標準（如IPC-A-610）。
?基礎編程能力（C/C++，用于簡單固件調試）。

Job Responsibilities and Desired Skills (English):
1.Schematic Design & PCB Layout:
oCreate and modify schematics for client projects.
oDesign PCB layouts using?Altium Designer/KiCad/Eagle?following DFM/DFA guidelines.
2.Component Selection & Replacement:
oEvaluate and select components based on cost, availability, and performance.
oIdentify alternative parts for obsolete components.
3.PCBA Testing & Validation:
oPerform functional testing using?multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
oDebug and troubleshoot PCB assemblies.
4.Documentation & Reporting:
oPrepare BOMs (Bill of Materials), test reports, and design documentation.
5.Collaboration with Production Team:
oSupport manufacturing team in resolving PCB-related issues.
Requirements (English):
?Bachelor’s degree in?Electronics/Electrical Engineering?or related field.
?Basic knowledge of?PCB design software?(Altium, KiCad, Eagle).
?Familiarity with?electronic components?and industry suppliers (ICKEY, LCSC, DigiKey).
?Hands-on experience with?soldering, testing, and debugging.
?Understanding of?I2C, SPI, UART?communication protocols.
?Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
?Fresh graduates with project experience are welcome.
Preferred Skills (English):
