Responsibilities:職責(zé) -Design and supervise the execution of standard of procedure, analyze and identify raw material issues, control the in-process quality activities, develop quality engineering documents, develop and track assigned process quality improvement plans and handle customer complaints. 設(shè)計和監(jiān)督標準流程的執(zhí)行,分析和識別原材料問題,控制過程中的質(zhì)量活動,制定質(zhì)量工程文件,制定和跟蹤指定的過程質(zhì)量改進計劃,處理客戶投訴。 A.Role of the owner on type I/II project which went through mass production and lite/micro-lite project. 負責(zé)經(jīng)過大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)的I/II類項目和小/微類項目。 B.Role of support and review type I/II project from G3 to G5. with the objective of meeting the quality requirement within TE Dongguan's quality standards. 以達到公司質(zhì)量標準為目的,支持和審查從G3到G5階段的I/II類項目。 -Lead overall scrap control and improvement for the responsible project/product. 主導(dǎo)項目和產(chǎn)品的整體報廢管控和改進。 1. Policies and Procedures, Quality System 政策流程和質(zhì)量體系 A. Implement quality policies, procedures and systems; maintain/update quality engineering work instruction in order to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards. 執(zhí)行質(zhì)量方針、程序和體系;維護/更新質(zhì)量工程作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書,以確保業(yè)務(wù)程序符合QS和全球標準。 B. Involve in customer audit, implement responsible procedures and facilitate other departments to close their actions on time and fulfill requirement to our products and process in order to meet customer requirement and our quality system. 參與客戶審核,執(zhí)行負責(zé)的流程,為滿足客戶要求和我們的質(zhì)量體系,協(xié)助其他部門按時完成行動計劃以達到對我們產(chǎn)品和流程的要求。 2. Incoming Materials Quality Issue Handling 來料質(zhì)量問題把控 Analyze and identify material issues found in production line, drive SQE for supplier improvement in order to maintain incoming material quality. 分析和識別生產(chǎn)線上發(fā)現(xiàn)的材料問題,推動SQE對供應(yīng)商進行改進,以保持來料質(zhì)量。 3. Process Quality Issues Handling 過程質(zhì)量問題把控 A. Handle quality issues occurred in process in order to improve and maintain product quality performance, perform risk assessment to take proper disposition, develop improvement action to prevent the occurrence. 處理過程中發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問題,以提高并保持產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量表現(xiàn),進行風(fēng)險評估,采取適當?shù)奶幚泶胧贫ǜ倪M措施,防止這種情況的發(fā)生。 B. Drive improvement for nonconformance detected by QC. 推動QC發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格品的改進。 C. Lead team to develop error-proof and mistake proof solution for quality risk identified. In order to achieve good quality performance of product. 為達成良好的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量表現(xiàn),帶領(lǐng)團隊為識別出的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險開發(fā)防錯措施和防錯解決方案。 4. Customer Complaints/Feedback Handling 客戶投訴反饋把控 Handle customers complaints including develop and implement customer complaints corrective and preventive action plan in order to maintain the relationship with customers and provide extraordinary customer experience to customer. 處理客戶投訴,包括制定和實施客戶投訴糾正和預(yù)防行動計劃,以維護與客戶的關(guān)系,為客戶提供良好的客戶體驗。 5. Quality documents and criteria setting 質(zhì)量文件和標準的設(shè)定 Develop quality engineering documents (QIP,WI,VA), set up and develop quality inspection criteria, prepare COC format in order to maintain product quality performance. 制定質(zhì)量工程文件(QIP、WI、VA),建立和制定質(zhì)量檢驗標準,編制COC格式,以保持產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量性能。 6. Quality Improvement 質(zhì)量改進 A. Develop and track assigned process quality improvement plan according to product quality performance and implement situation in order to improve and maintain product quality performance. Using the DMAIC method to drive the improvement. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)和實施情況,制定并跟蹤指定的過程質(zhì)量改進計劃,以提高和保持產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量績效。使用DMAIC方法來推動改進。 B. Work with team to qualify the process change/new line qualification/new machine, foresee quality risk and advise robust tooling/process design, identify the risk/gap and drive proper improvement action, follow up until action closed in order to improve and maintain product quality performance. 與團隊合作,對工藝變更/新生產(chǎn)線資質(zhì)/新機器進行鑒定,預(yù)測質(zhì)量風(fēng)險并建議可靠的工具/工藝設(shè)計,識別風(fēng)險/差距并推動合適的改進措施,跟進直到措施完成,以提高和保持產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)。 7. Scrap control and improvement 廢料控制和改進 A. Review and approve WIP scrap application. 審批在制品報廢申請 B. Monitor WIP scrap and take proper countermeasures. 監(jiān)控在制品報廢情況并采取適當對策 C. Follow up top failures in process, identify root cause and major contributor, drive team to take solid improvement action to improve. 跟進過程中的主要失效問題,確定根本原因和主要原因,推動團隊采取可靠的改進行動來改進。 D. Validate the improvement action and follow up the result in order to maintain product quality performance. 驗證改進措施并跟蹤結(jié)果,以保持產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量績效。 Qualifications:崗位要求 1.College diploma major in engineering 工程相關(guān)專業(yè),大專學(xué)歷及以上學(xué)歷 2.3 years electronics industry quality related working experience, 1 year SMT experience is preferred. 3年電子行業(yè)質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,1年SMT工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。 3.Green belt/Black belt certification is preferred, can lead the team to do the DOE/GR&R and data analysis ability. 綠帶或黑帶優(yōu)先,能夠帶領(lǐng)團隊做DOE/GR&R和數(shù)據(jù)分析的能力。 4.Familiar with manufacturing process of cable assembly, such as terminal and IDC crimping, soldering, electrical testing, singal integrity etc. 熟悉電纜組件的制造工藝,如端子和IDC壓接、焊接、電氣測試、信號完整性等。 5.Familiar with electrical industry specification such as IPC620, IPC610 etc. 熟悉電氣行業(yè)規(guī)范,如IPC620、IPC610等。查看更多
