工作職責：

1. 負責建立、實施和維護工廠的質量管理體系（如ISO 9001等），確保其有效運行并持續(xù)改進。
2. 制定和執(zhí)行質量控制計劃，包括原材料、生產過程和成品的檢驗標準及流程。
3.  分析生產過程中出現的質量問題，制定糾正和預防措施，確保問題得到及時解決。
4. 與供應商和客戶溝通，處理質量相關投訴，確保客戶滿意度。
5.  負責質量數據的收集、分析和報告，定期向管理層匯報質量狀況和改進建議。
6.  參與新產品開發(fā)過程，確保從設計到量產階段的質量控制。
7.  組織內部質量審核，確保工廠符合相關法規(guī)和標準要求。
8.  協調外部審核，如客戶審核、第三方認證等。
9.  推動持續(xù)改進項目，優(yōu)化生產流程，降低質量成本。
10. 領導品質團隊，培訓和指導員工，提升全員質量意識和技能。
1）Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the factory's quality management system (e.g., ISO 9001), ensuring its effective operation and continuous improvement.
2）Develop and execute quality control plans, including inspection standards and procedures for raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
3）Analyze quality issues arising during production, formulate corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
4）Communicate with suppliers and customers to address quality-related complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
5）Collect, analyze, and report quality data, regularly updating management on quality status and improvement recommendations.
6）Participate in new product development processes to ensure quality control from design to mass production.
7）Organize internal quality audits to ensure the factory complies with relevant regulations and standards.
8）Coordinate external audits, such as customer audits and third-party certifications.
9）Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize production processes and reduce quality-related costs.
10）Lead the quality team, providing training and guidance to employees to enhance overall quality awareness and skills.
職位要求
1、本科及以上學歷，質量管理、機械工程、材料科學或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 
2、有五年以上大型五金或機械行業(yè)品質管理經驗；
3、熟悉ISO質量體系認證標準及品質要求； 
4、獨立工作能力，分析、判斷和解決問題能力強； 
5、能帶領團隊完成公司下達的質量目標。
6、有一定的英文讀寫能力
1）Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
2）Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in large-scale hardware or machinery industries.
3）Familiar with ISO quality system certification standards and quality requirements.
4）Strong independent working ability, with excellent analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
5）Capable of leading a team to achieve quality objectives set by the company.
Proficient in English reading and writing.
